What is your lead time for bulk orders?
For bulk orders of our water pumps, the production lead time is 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. The exact time will be confirmed according to your pump models and total quantity.
What types of water pumps do you offer?
We supply a full lineup of agricultural pumps, including NS self-priming centrifugal pumps, KS, HW, BPZ series pumps and sand suction pumps. OEM and ODM customization is available to match your requirements.
What is the maximum flow and head of NS100 pump?
The NS100 self-priming centrifugal pump reaches a maximum flow rate of 100 m³/h and a maximum head of 20 m. Contact us to get the complete technical datasheet and performance curve.

What materials can your NS series centrifugal pumps handle?
Normally, the lead time for NS series pumps is 15–25 days after receiving your deposit. The exact schedule depends on your order quantity.
What payment terms do you accept for pump orders?
We accept T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment. Other terms can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. You can arrange inspection by yourself or a third-party inspector. You are welcome to visit our factory to check pumps at our assembly workshop.
Delivery
How long is your delivery lead time for bulk pump orders?
Normally, bulk orders of NS series pumps take 15–25 working days after receiving your deposit. The exact time depends on your order quantity and production schedule.
What shipping ways are available for pump shipments?
We mainly provide FCL full container shipment for bulk orders. We can also arrange LCL sea freight for small quantities. Pumps are assembled and spray painted before delivery.
Where will you load the goods?
Goods are loaded at our factory. We can send you photos taken in the assembly workshop and at the factory gate before shipment. Finished pumps will be awaiting shipment after inspection.
